Andrew Pyrka has set up a new page attacking Charles Mallett. He also says he has gone to the police to say Mr Mallett is stalking him. An old incident number has been opened again by the police.
We know police workers. If an incident is closed it will not be opened again. Mr Pyrka would be given a new incident number. Perhaps 245 of 30/9/13 is an incident number for a stolen stereo or something entirely different.
